These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 767pub ("767pub," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 767pub online gaming platform accessible at 767pub.net and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the amended Terms.

Any individual who provides false information regarding their age or identity in order to access the Platform commits a serious breach of these Terms. 767pub will void all wagers placed and confiscate all funds in any account found to have been registered using false identity information, and will report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 767pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances across all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, current residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify 767pub promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password;
• All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized by you or not;
• Ensuring that your account is not accessed by any third party, including minors;
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

767pub will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any such request purportedly from 767pub, treat it as fraudulent and notify our support team immediately.

767pub reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a threat to the integrity of the Platform.

Currency: All transactions on the 767pub Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any funds deposited in a foreign currency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Accepted Payment Methods: 767pub currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are published on the Platform's cashier page.

Deposits: Deposits are processed in real time where technically feasible. 767pub does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, for which 767pub bears no responsibility. Funds deposited will be credited to your 767pub account balance upon confirmed receipt.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to identity verification requirements and the specific processing times of your chosen payment method. Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit (the "same-source rule"), as a measure to prevent money laundering.

Withdrawal Conditions: The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account identity verification must be fully complete;
• All applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been met;
• A minimum of one qualifying deposit must have been made;
• No withdrawal may be processed from funds that are currently under a fraud or dispute investigation.

767pub reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above a threshold amount, which may result in additional processing time. Players will be notified of any such delays promptly.

767pub may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. By claiming any Bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable specific terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window and are subject to expiry;
• All Bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount you must wager using bonus funds before a withdrawal can be made;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless the applicable bonus terms specify otherwise;
• Only one Bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied;

Bonus Abuse: 767pub monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 767pub reserves the right to void associated winnings, recover bonus funds, and close the offending account(s).

767pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, and to determine whether a player qualifies for any particular Bonus offer.

All games available on the 767pub Platform — including but not limited to slots, live casino games, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, fishing games (including Fishing Kui Li), and specialty games (including Circle) — are governed by their respective game rules, which are made available within each game interface.

767pub uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games, audited by reputable independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the statistical long-term expected payout of each game.

No liability is accepted by 767pub for winnings that result from a software error or malfunction. The decision of 767pub's technical team regarding such events is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 767pub Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, impersonating another person, or engaging in any deceptive practice;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any transaction that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime under Philippine law or international standards;
• Multi-Accounting: Registering, accessing, or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker, live casino, or sports betting markets;
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities to derive an unfair advantage;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks after deposits have been credited and used for gameplay;
• Unlawful Activity: Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

Upon detection of any prohibited activity, 767pub reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the affected account(s), void all pending and settled wagers associated with the prohibited activity, confiscate all account balances, and report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities. 767pub further reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

767pub is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all players. Gambling on 767pub is intended to be a form of entertainment for adults of legal age — it should never be regarded as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate a self-exclusion period via their account settings. Self-exclusion may be set for a defined period (minimum 24 hours) or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, 767pub will use all reasonable measures to prevent the excluded player from accessing the Platform. Requests for permanent self-exclusion are irrevocable for a minimum period of five (5) years.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use any 767pub trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written authorization;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 767pub intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may subject the infringing party to civil and criminal liability. 767pub actively monitors for and enforces its intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 767pub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your own negligence;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events;
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from software malfunctions that are promptly corrected by 767pub;
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform that contains typographical or display errors;
• Any third-party actions including payment processor delays, network failures, or government-imposed restrictions on online gaming access.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. 767pub does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 767pub's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

767pub collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and 767pub. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

767pub processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance (including anti-money-laundering obligations), customer support, and the improvement of Platform services. Personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication. The effective date shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect each revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via the support team.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and 767pub, you are encouraged to first contact the 767pub support team to seek an informal resolution. 767pub aims to resolve all player disputes within five (5) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. Nothing in this clause limits 767pub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.

Language: These Terms are written in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
